Greetings friends

This has been quite a week – as Becky and I (Pastor Joe) are still in quarantine from our COVID, three others have had a positive COVID test and we know others are dealing with colds as well as, of course, other health concerns.

Following up on our COVID, we understand that ours is the XBB.1.5. variant
This variant is contagious in a 73-hour incubation time from the point of exposure.

Along with all appropriate advice for at-home treatment, the quarantine period is five days plus (after no more fever), an additional five days of being masked, whether indoors or outdoors when near others.

We’re using N-95 masks and while we will be back in church Sunday, we will stay masked and distanced from individuals as a precaution and I’ll keep my mask on except for during pulpit time. So, of course, you all know we’re not being “anti-social”! Just taking these precautions under the circumstances.

Also, Café Liberty will not be held on Sunday January 22nd as an extra precaution at this time.

We look forward to seeing each of you Sunday and again are so grateful for all who join in to worship with us via Live-stream as well.
